Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good service offered here. They were able to pick me up on the Naval base. They processed me very quickly. I was able to drop the car off at the mini mart on the Nay base instead of taking it to the main office.

I had to return my first rental because someone had been smoking in it prior and was not cleaned or warned of this before taking it. Otherwise I would have not taken that one. Was given another car as a replacement and it looked like if wasn't even cleaned. Just dropped off and given over to me. Also had a warning light in the car stating that there was little or no windshield liquid in the car. When I went back to let them know they said they didn't have any and if I filled it myself I could be refunded. It only came out to be about $2.50 to get a gallon. The person that picked me up to take me to this location was very professional and prompted. This is why they are getting 2 and not 1 stars. Also there card reader had been out for a few days and I also had to come back in for that as well.

The New manager is not what this location needed. You don't take the ONLY rentable vehicle to go pick up more vehicles if it's been rented to someone. I had to wait 45 minutes for him to return with the vehicle I reserved. He should have taken his own vehicle!!!!! He didn't even have the decency to apologize as he sent my reserved vehicle back with someone else

Victoria and K’Shawn were extremely helpful and caring that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I received. They went an extra mile literally to switch out for my complete satisfaction. Excellent service!!!
