Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Used Enterprise MANY times over the years, service can depend on location and how busy they are, but I have had outstanding service just about every time. Cars are clean and pretty reasonably priced. Now, about the cars on the cheaper end of the spectrum. Stay away from the Mitsubishi Mirage. It runs, about all I can say about that. The Ford Focus is pretty decent. Being 6’ 240, getting in and out is not really graceful with the low roofline, but once you are seated, it is comfortable, fords SYNC feature is nice for handsfree calls on the road and it does drive pretty nice. All in all, I have had positive experiences every time with Enterprise.

This location was Awesome! I forgot her name, but the employee was multi tasking between 4 different customers and phone calls all at once. She still provided great service to us all and thanked us for our patience. Once she got to me, the process was quick and easy and I was out in seconds.

I had a great experience at their location. Customer service as great and the Branc Manager Sid, is awesomeness! She’s professional and very knowledge even when some customers come in extremely rude. The support staff is equally kind and helpful. Will return here shall a need arises.

Great location! Friendly, polite and professional staff. I have rented vehicles at this location multiple times and have always had the best service. Chris and his staff are exceptional!

All the staff that I encountered at this location were kool. I needed a ride back to my house so Leroy took me home. I have autism and I don't usually say much besides "thanks for the lift", due to my shyness, but he and I talked like we knew each other for years after less than five minutes. You can tell he enjoys his job and genuinely cares about people. Will definitely rent from this location again in the future. :)
