Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was courteous and attentive. Availability and variety of rental cars available was better than other places I've been in the past.

Enterprise to the rescue when I had a recent experience with a flat tire in my driveway and my vehicle had to be towed to the dealership in another city. Always fast, always easy, always ensures I'm comfortable with the arrangements/vehicle and price. Because of the bad experience with the driveway flat tire, Enterprise allowed me to drop off their vehicle at the office closest to the dealership in that other town, where Enterprise then took me to pick up mine. In each case, I was in and out of the Enterprise office in less than 10 minutes, and all paperwork was completed electronically. Exceptional experience all the way around, as it is every time I've used Enterprise.

I found out customer service depends on who is working. I rented a car on two consecutive weekends. The first weekend Adam and Tina worked I had exceptional customer service, my car was ready and I was out the door in no time. The second weekend was a different team, I was asked to show up early, I waited~20 minutes for my car to be washed while I got the third degree - how long have you lived in this town, where are you going, family business, how far is that...maybe that is supposed to be small talk but it is personal and was annoying since I had a deadline. If I had an option I would have walked out

So it depends on who you get and what day you come. I rented a car on two different weekends and got different service.. Adam and Tina gave me great customer service but the crew that worked the following weekend were bad. I showed up early as requested and was left waiting for my car to be cleaned. While I waited they chatted amongst themselves and ignored me. If you can show up when Adam and Tina are working...no third degree and better customer service.

I would advise against renting a car here due to poor customer service and quality. This rental car place in particular are pretty sneaky and you might end up paying fees for damages that was already on the rental car but was missed by the employee. Check your rental thoroughly before and after each rental.
