I have always rented from Enterprise, however I just recently moved to Virginia and the experience of renting from this Enterprise on Indian River Rd has been AMAZING! The vehicle was amazing, all the features it came with surpassed our expectations and that was all thanks to the representative Korey that helped me. I have to take the time to give him praise because he was extremely amazing from start to finish with accommodating my needs! His dedication to my satisfaction, definitely made my holiday vacation one to appreciate! If he is due for a review or a raise please bless this man because his hospitality and commitment to your company and meeting the needs of the customer is absolutely phenomenal! I am not only speaking on my experience either. While returning the vehicle seeing him conduct business with all the other customers he was just the same. He is definitely a nice gentleman and I will definitely return to this location and of course ask for Korey! Thank you so much again!

This location is does not like to do business with people, never in the many years I have been renting from enterprise have I encountered such distasteful service! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Nice car but it took forever to get it because they had to clean it. After they "cleaned" it,  the car smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. I was in  a hurry to get to my destination so I couldn't wait to get another vehicle. i told one of the customer service reps and they just shrugged it off as no big deal, I don't think i will be going back to the  Indian road location again.

Previously I was a loyal customer of the Glenallen branch of Richmond where the level of sevice was outstanding.  This is my third time renting from this location and am pleased to say the level of service is also outstanding.
