Ray Thomas, the "Receivable Analyst" was incredibly unhelpful over email and extremely rude when he called me, waking me up this morning. He demanded payments, asked questions, and talked over me whenever I tried to answer. He eventually hung up on me. Total unprofessional  business. Won't use budget again. All I wanted to know is why I was being changed an additional fee on a prepaid reservation. He wouldn't answer and just was angry & money demanding.
