I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  Not only was the car a joy to drive but all the personnel (and I mean everyone I encountered on each day that I was in the store) were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  I highly recommend Enterprise and in particular, this location on Princess Anne Rd.

Awful experience. Branch manager has little customer service skills and the vehicle received was old and disgusting. Look at this menstrual strain my friends in the back had to deal with on our trip. Save your time and money and go anywhere else - preferably not an Enterprise.

This is the worst enterprise location i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with....they don’t answer the phone. The cars aren’t ready. Terrible customer service. Enterprise has just list a customer!

I have used Enterprise the last 3 to 4 years now. They are dependable. They have always had the car I requested for the most part. If they didn't they would upgrade me @ no charge. They are close to my house at well. Their personal is always friendly.
Keep up the good work, Enterprise!
