Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My husband and I reserved a vehicle from this location simply because it was closest to base. The reservation was made with more than a 3 week anticipation as we prepared for our upcoming vacation. Upon arrival my husband was provided with a vehicle that is at best 1 or 2 classes below what we initially reserved and were casually told “Nothing else is available”. The person whom assisted us was unapologetic and unmoved by the huge inconvenience this was to us and even went on to charge us the same price regardless of this vehicle not being comparable to what we initially reserved and were paying for. Upon pointing it out he proceeded to give us a $30 “discount”. I cannot express my disappointment in this establishment and cannot and will not recommend it to anyone. Please save yourself the waste of money and take your business elsewhere. Customers are not in anyway respected here.

I have used this particular location 4x in the last 6 months...only because it's right around the corner from me, but 2 weeks ago was the LAST time i will use them. Each visit has been filled with issues. I was given a car that smelled like weed, i was spoken to very rudely by the manager when one of his employees gave me the wrong information about weekend rentals, I've had to uber home because no one was available to give me a ride, eventhough they have a sign stating they give rides, and was not reimbursed for that ride. The last issue was 2 weeks ago when i almost drove off the lot with EXPIRED TAGS!! You know how they handled that? By rushing off to clean another car with no apologies and having me wait another 30 minutes standing in the sun!! Seriously whoever oversees this location needs to revamp how the employees deal with the public! This is one of the lowest rating locations and all of these negative reviews show there needs to be something done to fix this!! I will most definitely be taking my business to another car rental service! Sad because i rent cars at least once a month due to my job but i cannot continue to do business with a company that clearly does not care for their customers!

Would have been a 1 star but the man who was helping me was apologetic and polite about it. I was given a car with expired license plate on it and didn't notice until I was pulled aside when I was coming on base. If it was an uptight police instead, I would have been possibly ticketed. Check your licence plate before taking the car out of the parking lot.

I booked a rental that was confimed for 10. I called for a pickup and they said the rental would not be avaliable until 1100 or noon. The representative stated she'd give me a call back as soon as my rental arrived, no later than noon. She never called back and when I called back approximately 15 minutes after noon, I received an automated message telling me the branch was closed. Then I received an email shortly afterwards informing me that my reservation was cancelled. I've always loved enterprise but this is officially the deal breaker for me.

Very rude! Attendant was on personal call while i waited over 10 minutes at counter. Did not apologize
