Neil and Dave at Enterprise, Nissan Hall in Va Beach, VA are true in giving positive customer experiences. The upgrade from an Altima to Maxima for a weekend trip from VA to FL receives a 👍. Keep up the great work! - Ms. Jewell

Went through USAA insurance claim. Got a call almost immediately from Enterprise location#1. :) Had to check with USAA to make sure what was covered as I was not at fault so I called back a couple of hours later and was told by a different associate at location#1 that they were overbooked and had 10+ more reservations than cars. She didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with that. As she was unwilling to check for stock elsewhere, she told me to call to another location(#2). I called location#2 and was told that I was all set for pickup by 6pm by Evonne. Arrived at location#2 at 5:45 pm only to be told that the guy in front of me got the last car, and they didn't know anything about the call I had placed or car being reserved, that they had never heard of Evonne, and quite rudely that they were the only two women that worked there, as if I had made the whole thing up. They sent me to a location(#3) 10 minutes away, calling first to make sure the staff at location#3 would wait for me, with only 8 minutes to get there. Arrived at 2 minutes past closing, location#3 was closed, doors locked, lights out, no cars at all in the parking lot. Immediately called corporate, who booked me a vehicle at location#4 for 8am the next morning. Arrived there at 8am to be told that they don't open until 9am. Left and had to come back. Was finally able to get a car with Dave at this location (nice, but very car-salesman-y). No issues with this location. However, I did not like having to put 20 miles on my car, and waste 2 days, with husband in tow, so that I could pickup a car that should have been reserved from the beginning. Would have given one star if it had not been for the final, Spruce Street location in Virginia Beach.

The crew at Enterprise Rent A Car at 141 Spruce St in Virginia Beach behind the Nissan Dealership is top notch.. Very professional, polite and attentive to concerns I had with another Enterprise store. I'm a repeat customer who have visited this location for years! Keep up the good work.

Everyone in that office was very friendly and professional. Even though the tornado the day before I arrived, the staff tried very hard to help me.
I got my car on Friday, April 7th.
The day after I hit a rock and the windshield was damaged. My insurance had a 500.00 deductible. I was assured that the damage cost would be lower.
The only complained I have: It was not my fault, and not the companies fault. We should split the cost of replacing the windshield. In my opinion that would be a fair deal.

The customer service here is excellent. Neil, Earl and Darrell really provide excellent customer service for all their customers. Been renting here for a while and have never had a bad experience or left unhappy!!!!!
