Budget Car Rental

The only place I could rely on to have rentals when I need them. Reasonable prices, Nice cars, and the staff always addresses my renting needs. Ross is awesome! He helped me get into a vehicle even on short notice and also addressed my concerns if the car was dirty, or had a smell. I recommend this place.

The assistant at Newport News was great. However, the person who added a driver for us at the 3316 Virginia Blvd location needs customer service training as he ask if we were dropping off then cut us off and raised objections before our sentence could be completed. And this was while he was helping another customer. The office and restroom was filthy. It was Really disgusting.

I always have a great experience here. Ross the manager is very professional and always helps me out of my car needs or any questions I may have. Every time I come to Virginia Beach I always come to this location great service great car what more can you ask for.

I rent cars here on a regular basis. Always have cars available. The manager always takes care of my needs. I would definitely recommend to any one!
