Went during Black Friday and took two watches for battery replacement.  The lady was very courteous and the total cost was very inexpensive compared to another shop we checked.  It was half the cost of the other shop.  I was very happy with the experience.  Don't know what the negative reviews are about but my experience was very much 5 stars.

Very nice and friendly place, the jeweler helped me determine gold ring authenticity in couple easy steps!

I don’t understand all of these one star reviews! I lost my ticket for pickup and they were so nice and just asked for id! A really good price for a battery replacement on my pulsar diver. Would go again!

Fast, easy, efficient. Great customer service. Josh was great, definitely will be using Fast Fix for future watch repairs.

The guy had installed wrong size watch band. When the band fell off he blamed me for choosing the wrong band. Would not even consider replacing it. I will never go back.
