Clearly this business must have been inherted by the current owners. There is absolutely no way they would have lasted this long with the level of service they offer today! I took my watch to them for an estimate and was told that I had to leave it and that someone would call me later with an estimate. I did just that and was given a claim ticket. Some time passed and I decided to call, this is when I was advised that not only was my watch ready but it would cost $80.00!!! Not wanting to put up a fight, I paid the $80.00. My watch must have worked for about two weeks!!! Upon returning my watch, I was greeted by a nasty snob of a woman behind the counter who acted as though she'd been baptized in lemon juice. She went on to tell me that I (again) had to leave the watch and someone would call me once the repairman looked at it. Much like last time, some time passed and I decided to stop by. My watch was ready stated the monster behind the counter and it would cost $10.00. Again, I wasn't advised of the charge and/or service. Needless to say, today, less than a week my watch is no longer keeping time!!!! This has taught me the importance of reading Google reviews!!!

Wasted my tim they closed two hours early, and no one was there. Many other professional shops out there for this.

Old world watch repair in the CSRA. This shop is great, and they are skilled at practiceing the dying art of watch/clock repairs. The only complaint I have is that they have odd hours for a watch shop (ironic maybe) as they are closed on weekends and after 5 on weekdays.

Furmans did a great refurbish and repair on on my mother's antique watch, as well as cleaning and replacing bands on my husband's watches. Nice people.
