The people were polite however 1 year ago I had prongs redone on my parent's 52 year old wedding band to the sum of $392 (and sizing) and have taken it in two more times as the stones were loose last time being 1/31/17.  Imagine my surprise when I just looked at my ring again and the middle stone is loose to the naked eye on 2/9/17.  Furious!  Never had a problem before Jared !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always received excellent service in all the stores we have gone to, whether it's to purchase have her jewelry cleaned or just to get a battery for a watch. 
But the best thing that when her bracelets were stolen the local store helped me replace them and gave me a discount.
