Watches Unlimited

We received very fast and courteous service at watches unlimited. They repaired my son’s watch in less than 30 minutes and swapped my battery for a great price. In the past they fixed my husband’s old family heirloom watch. We have been pleased with them and will return!

I dropped my watch off on August 11, 2017 and it is now December, they still have my watch and I am still getting a run around from the their technician who broke it. I took a Seiko watch that my father had given me in for a battery. I only wear the Seiko for dress occasions ( in like new condition) and I have another watch I wear for every day use. When I took the watch into Watches Unlimited at Augusta Mall back in August, the technician broke the stem while I was standing there and he told me that he would have to order the part. For the past 3 months he has constantly given me excuses like, the part is not in, the part might be in but he needs to check, etc. He has given me dates to pick the watch up, but when I get there I am given another excuse. He has offered to call me, but never does. I have asked to speak to the manager and he is never there. I would not recommend Watches Unlimited at Augusta Mall to anyone!!!

This place is amazing. I dropped off my for Service The customer service was amazingThey have my watch ready within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and will go back in the future.

Watches Unlimited provided excellent service at a fraction of the price. While I know it is very difficult to please everyone in the service industry, they provided me great service and I am very well pleased and will asked ours to visit to have their work done on their watches or jewelry items.

Extremely fast service, the technician went out of his to insure that I was satisfied with my watch and help me understand its function and how to properly use it.
