All the negative reviews are correct people. I have NEVER been treated more belligerently and rudely as I was here. In San Francisco I was ripped off for $60 dollars by some racists blacks and hateful lesbian types, but this was even worse. The woman the counter was immediately rude and dismissive and because i did not like it, she calls 911! The cowardly police neither showed up nor would they of course holds her accountable for her misuse of the 911 emergency system, apparently, her personal attack system....wow....wow!!! To hell with greyhound. I honestly and sincerely advise hitch hiking as superior this "service"(????)

Would have been nice when we bought our tickets if they told us that the oddesa tx greyhound had moved. It had shut down 3 months ago and we had to find away to get to the new location. I guess next time i will have to do my own research because employees were no help

I had no problems when I was there,went in got my ticket and that was it.

Worst customer service I ever experienced! I hope there is another bus company that could compete with greyhound then I will never ever purchase another ticket from greyhound ever! Hope one day they will go out of business!

Everytime I called them they just answer any hang up. What a terrible way to do business. The old fat white woman behind the counter needs customer service lessons. The men's bathroom was unclean with blood splatter on the toilet and walls. There is no information on the entry doors to give you the hours of operation. But I guess that this is how they do business in Texas. The first two driver's were great but the third was new and needed more training. Now the forth one made the trip by running the AC freezing the paying passengers and refused to turn on the heat. Keep in mind that it's winter. I am also a professional driver and see no reason for this type of customer service.
