Greyhound: Bus Station

The greyhound bus station at El Paso Downtown is a big one. It has the ticketing and luggage weight booth ritht after the entrance and in the right hand side. Your luggages are usually scanned by a person whenever you will enter into waiting place where you will stand in any one of the three lines (A,B,C) depending where you go. These lines are a bit confusing, ask the man at the checking entrance for your correct line to stand. There is a moderate sized restaurant there where you can get snacks, coffee (small and large size), burger etc. 🙉

I wish I could negatively rate. Not completely surprising, a greyhound terminal with employees that seem to enjoy being as rude and unhelpful as possible. I attempted to ask a driver a question, and he just pointed toward the terminal and barked at me. "Just go inside!! GO inside, sir!!" With raised voice as though I were a bad child. When did it become okay to scold a paying customer, especially for asking a question? Who do these clowns think they Are? I wish there were another nationwide bus line. That way there would be competition, and people could choose a competitor, thus forcing the employees to have to treat people with basic human decency.
