First off, bus stop was hard to find. It's not on a corner but in the middle of the street with no one manning it at 4am in the morning. So we waited in the cold, dark for a bus that was suppose to arrive at 4:45am. Once we realized that it wasn't coming we had to book it to the next transfer in Amarillo at 6am. Greyhound ended up refunding us because the bus was late but still felt unsafe waiting in the dark and cold.

Had a horrible experience. First of all the guy was very rude when I asked a simple question. Then to find out he didn't even put my destination correct. Won't be using that place anymore. Rather drive extra to Amarillo. Next time I'll just buy the ticket online. Less mistakes.

No such thing as care and RESPECT for their customers. They never ha ave accurate info as to 8,10 h4 delays. No info,no care,no compensation. I was sent on a 8hr trip in opposite direction as to keep the Dallas terminal from mass. Crowding and anger. Never seen people treated so rudely and worthless. Way to much attitude. Just plain mean , with a "I could care less demeanour. If it wasn't for "poor" people, Greyhound would have went extinct by now. P.S The free Wi_fi NEVER WORKS once you pull out. Never......

This is an ole school bus station . The gentleman working gave me an insight about Dumas Bus history . People sometimes overlook the hard work some people do to keep it alive.....Hope Greyhound doesn't close this place.....the people who come here to work will lose their means to travel in n out DONT CLOSE THIS PLACE!!
