The worst way to travel! Very unprofessional, busses are filthy, employees are horrible, 26 hours waiting for a new bus because ours broke down then the one they send to pick us up in breaks down too! Horrible all around!

This was the beginning of my trip. Clean waiting area. Be careful with the vending machines, as some of them are hard to get your items out. No restaurant. Just vending machines

Consider Greyhound bus as last option. They are cheap, dirty, irresponsible, unprofessional. I took their bus from Lubbock to Dallas, which got delayed by 9 hrs. No one knows the status, they keep on saying that the bus will be here by next 2 hrs. The same statement repeats every two hours. Moreover the bus is allotted for rescuing other bus passengers who were stranded in the middle of the road. Bus driver stops the bus every now and then to warn the co-passengers regarding Petty issues. Everyone was exhausted and kids let their legs into the walkway while sleeping, that's it, driver pulled over the bus to a side, asking their mother to step down, warned her, she started crying. Worst bus service I have ever seen. Yet, if you don't have any other means of travel, consider this as last option. Buy travel insurance if you use their service to catch a flight.
