YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES! The ticket seller sold us the ticket and type the wrong date. We wait for an hour for nothing! The boarding guy was so rude to us, he keep telling us “ it’s the ticket for future.” And when I try to ask him how can we solve the problem he just keep drove us away. At the end, I have no choice but go back and wait for another hour. They don’t do any reimburse for us. That’s how they solve the problem. Wasting your time and care nothing about you. I was so late ! It really ruined my trip. I will never ever go with this company again. Hope you guys think twice before you go with them. They do not care about the customer and will not pay for their mistake.

Use any other bus service. Terrible customer service cost me more money to fix their mistakes. Not worth the trouble. Use bolt or Peter Pan (anything else) do not support mediocrity.
