Absolutely perfect! We came here on our honeymoon vacation honestly because it was the cheapest with breakfast and was closest to pretty much everything, but were pleasantly surprised. Came in late and immediately greeted with a genuine smile. Everyone in the staff was excellent, but a quick shout out to Jay. He gave us an extended check out time, was always very kind and funny. He definately made our honeymoon 100% better. We will be coming back and I'm recommending this hotel to everyone! Thank you Holiday Inn!

Clean, well staffed. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk took time to acknowledge us and greet the children each time we came in (Jamaric, I think...). The breakfast area gets a little crowded, so don't wait until nine to go get something. There is a good variety, and the staff works hard to keep everything stocked.

Clean and very pleasant staff. However, our bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Almost slept on the floor because it. Very lumpy, and creaked at the slightest movement. My back killed me when I woke up in the morning. When you spend money on a room, I think the bed is the most important part of the stay. Will not stay here again nor recommend.

Comfortable bed. They have complimentary breakfast. We arrived way into the night, Josh greeted me with a friendly smile. After registering he asked if he could do anything else but, no he did all that I needed so I thought. I by my hurry left my phone behind, he secured it. I after looking for it for a while I went to ask ih I had left it and he pulled my phone out of a secured place. Thank you.

TROJAN HORSE!!!!!!!
Beautiful on the outside but something just didn’t feel right about the stay. Atmosphere was definitely not hospitable and the price was way over value. Ammenities are the same as any other Holiday Inn Express. It sits on the same lot and right behind the most shadiest little motel I have seen in a long time. You have to eat breakfast with the local homeless because the black gentleman in a suit ( who I assume is the manager) is too busy on what I could only describe as a power trip. I did notice the plaque on the wall that said they were owned and operated by a company called Hotel Investment Group. If you really want to know what this hotel is about, look them up, I did!!
