Service and parts review only; have had work done only a couple times in the last 5 or 6 years but prices are reasonable for dealer service labor. However, check beforehand if they'll install customer provided parts of you want to try to save some cash.

I wanted to buy a car ASAP as I was about to start my new job and was not sure what to get or how long will it take. Mario Nance is the best certified consultant I have ever seen. He explained everything in details, made arrangements to get my car in the color I wanted (which was not easy to find) in 1 day! Then I wanted to upgrade my car, and still he exceeded my expectations and made it EXTREMELY EASY and I should have my new car in 2 days- while keeping the old one till then. The work load is really high in there but still he manages to maintain his calm and make you feel like the "special customer." He is professional, active, calm, and gets the job done ASAP, you will even feel like he is the only one working there. My advice, just ask for Mario Nance :)

Just recently bought a car from Jay Hatfield. They were very accommodating and helpful. Melanie and Jason were great.
