Mondo's Beach

Can get crowded on the weekends and holidays. Great kayaking, surfing for beginners and novices. Nice beach to chill with the family. Limited parking come early.

Great surf beach for beginners. Family friendly. During peak hours, especially during break time (spring, summer, winter break, etc) it can get very crowded, including parking. No trash cans but there are 2 portable bathrooms. Beach access is tricky and you have to walk down the rocks. Easiest way down is next to the portable stall or to the far left next to the houses. There are times when the tide gets too high and there is no beach but also it can get very low where you can actually walk along the beach behind the houses.

Modo beach I have been going for25 years. It is special to me great sand and clean. Good for all including children. I have been bringing my three children from their toddler days to currently. They still love and probably will take their significant others and some day their children

Nice beach ....right off the freeway...not too far from Ventura ..easy access ...see dolphins & beautiful sunsets
