Nice place but wouldn't take a stray cat who needed a home because it came from the city; it was the closest to the home.

It may be a small shelter but the staff were great and I ended up adopting an amazing dog. The facility is well kept and overall I feel this shelter is a great place to check out and adopt from

This is a small well kept facility with only 10 to 12 beds for dog and probably about the same for cats . There are only 4 dogs at the time .it was clean the Staff were Pleasant and helpful

I adopted a 9 year old cat. I was very Leary at first because he is so old. But let me explain to you about Walter. He is wonderful. He is a lap cat! He is everything my other cat is not. I now have the perfect combination. He's a talker and seems to always get his own way. I will enjoy spoiling him rotten. He is just a blessing to have. I love him! He was sneezing when I first got him. But seems to be better! Please share this message with the staff and all who think about not adopting an adult animal. Thank you to the SPCA in Abington for being so nice about my anxieties! Thank You and may god bless all of you!.............Joe Glossy
