Moonshine Creek Campground

My family stayed in a cozy cabin recently. The campground is beautiful. The shower/laundry building was immaculate. They’ve placed benches directly in the water, and my daughter loved playing in these areas. The cabins are very reasonably priced for the size and seclusion. The full bed was uncomfortable, but that is my only complaint. We will be going back for sure.

Most beautiful campground I've ever stayed at. Jim, the owner, takes great pride and it shows in every detail. The landscaping, the rock work, the cleanliness...unbelievable! The bath houses are gorgeous!!! So peaceful and a great staff! I have found my new favorite campground and cant wait to go back!!

Places like this are why I travel. First off, the setting is extraordinary. Exactly what you are looking for in a nature setting in western NC. Running spring nestled in the forest. The owner, Jim, and all of the staff, were so helpful and accommodating. Above and beyond. And so nice. Clean, comfortable, serene. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience the owners and staff are welcoming and always available fir any needs you may have. The camp it's super clean and beautiful. I'll recommend every one to come here. Pets friendly. Family first kind of place👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Such a friendly staff and extremely helpful! GREAT location, beautiful shower and laundry facilities! Only one grip and that's having to buy the firewood from store at $6.00 per bundle. I would recommend this place and would stay here again as it's a clean campground and everyone is friendly and helpful!
