I had never really eaten "vegan" or "vegetarian" soul food before, I'm strictly carnivorous if you know what I mean. I was invited to tag along to the entertainment and foodtruck area of 11th Street, we approached the red truck of Nice-N-Ful and were greeted enthusiastically by staff. Since it was my first time I was given samples to help with my choice, I decided on the Chicken Nugget Burger and man oh man was it good along with the Sweet Potatoe Fries. In addition to the great food and friendly service there was a pretty cool reggae band playing on the outdoor stage...While I'm still a carnivore I also know a good thing when I see or experience it and Nice-N-Ful is a good thing.
