Outback Steakhouse

Stopped in on Thursday night with some co-workers for dinner after work. Restaurant was very clean and food was good but the best part was our waiter Arron! He right away made us feel not just like any customers but gave us the one on one great service to a point where we felt bad that he may have taking attention away from other customers but when we saw him interact with other customers he gave them the same one on one he gave us. He made if fun. It's very easy to put a complaint about somebody but very rarely do you get to find such good customer service. He made it a point to check in on us and with any issues he was quick to fix it to a point were he even melting butter himself for one of my coworkers. He went above and beyond for us and all the other tables we saw him interact with that night. We noticed his name was on employee of the month several months in a row which wasn't a surprise to us but was sad to see that it was in a hallway where only if you're going to the restroom so you would notice it. We don't all normally work up in this area but we all agree that anytime we're in the area we make it a point to stop in for now on just because of Arron. This restaurant is very lucky to have an employee that cares about customers and treats them so well. Would like to make one suggestion and that is if you were going to honor a team member with employee of the month it's best for them to get recognized in the entire restaurant besides next to the bathrooms. You should be proud of who you have working there that will strive others to want to be like them.

We were at the Appleton, Wisconsin Outback on Saturday May 26th, 2018. Autumn was our server and she was fabulous! We came in late evening and we were concerned staff might not be too happy. Total opposite! We were treated like old friends! Autumn laughed and chatted with us every time she was on the floor. Our food came out in a very timely manner. So much wonderful food! We had the soup, salad, sweet potato, steak. With bread first and onion petals. Food was amazing, but Autumn made it the best experience at any restaurant ever! You truly have a gem working for You! Hoping she gets the recognition she deserves! Dee Vanderbilt ( my daughter in laws name is Autumn. She will remember us if this is mentioned)

Perfect! I called my lunch in to Nicole, who had it at the table waiting for me just like mom did when I got home from practice. The economical 6oz sirloin was seasoned perfectly and with the fries made a great lunch. Nicole digested that I exchange my salad for a dollar more to the pecan cob which was a good move because it tasted like no other salad I had before. Toward the end of my meal Nicole suggested a salted caramel cookie ice cream dessert, again which was unbelievably good. I know that the servers get one customer every 45 minutes and are paid $2.00/ hour, so I gave Nicole a 25% tip for her outstanding service. Lunch at Outback was a great idea that I will do again.

I didn't expect this restaurant to be as good as it was. It was absolutely AMAZING! Our waitress was awesome and the food was served fast. My steak was cooked perfectly and don't even get me started on the macaroni and cheese. This was the best dining experience I've had in years!

Best service we have had in years. Our waitress Corey helped us order so we got her suggestions of steak and lobster with Mac and cheese and these AMAZING blue cheese salads. Can't wait to go back. New favorite place and new favorite staff! Even a manager stopped by just to check on us! Wow
