Prime Quarter Steak House

An interesting an unique experience for me. This is not your typical steakhouse. Honestly, in a lot of ways, this to me is better. All you can eat salad bar with the usual suspects and some I was anticipating. Texas toast, freshly toasted over a charcoal grill, again, as much as you can stomach. And the steak. My god the steak. While it is not dry aged, my preference, the cuts were wonderfully done, the thickness was just right, and there was a variety wide enough to saute any beef eater needs. Speaking of beef eater, if you think you can put down 40 oz of steak, they have that as an option too.

Well this takes grilling out to a whole new level. Literally, this place lies in Green Bay and it takes the backyard grilling experience into a dynamic restaurant setting with a fun wholesome atmosphere. The waitresses are really pretty too and whats better than steak drinks, grilling and pretty women???With the attitudes to match! They are helpful and sweet and overall provide to the experience the pricing is awesome as well you want the backyard/park grilling without the bugs and mosquitoes nor the repellent that goes with it. Don’t get me wrong, the fact that you can grill your own steak is cool. But I won’t go there again. It was my first and last time. The decor looks like something from the 80’s and is WAY OVER PRICED for what you get. I ordered a Filet mignon and it was very hard to cut. A delicate piece shouldn’t be hard to cut or be chewy. The salad bar was kinda sad too. I felt very cheated going. I could go to Longhorn Steak House or Texas Road House for better food. The service was amazing but the food had the final draw.

Can't believe it's still here. Visiting for work and brought a client out for dinner. Server was incredible, very friendly and don't just the right amount of time at our table. Steaks were well presented in the cooler and, as you could imagine, thee grills were big enough to accommodate all of their guests.

Had a great time. Best steak I have ever had and I cooked it. It is a great place to have a few drinks and grill indoors. I recommend getting the sauteed mushrooms and onions. I will be going back next time I get up towards Green Bay again.
