Texas Roadhouse

Overall my experience here was for the most part okay the only thing is my steak was tough but the manager agreed and gave me an $8 discount which I thought was fair everything else though was okay The buns are actually the coffee is really good and I might even add that the cocktails looked good but I didn't have any. The waitress is about as good as you can get and she was very helpful and for that I tip her well. The bathrooms were somewhat a little nasty but I could have expected this because this place was pretty crowded and it would be hard to keep up with that type of crowd. Overall it wasn't for my bad steak moment I would have probably given it four stars. I probably would come here again....

Best steak in Wausau,and that is something coming from me,because I am generally against praising chain restaurants. However,they know how to produce a good steak here,and I have never had an order come with any issues,steak is always cooked perfectly and delivered promptly. Cons-Long wait to be seated. & Price is a little high. Some standouts on the menu are the Sirloin Steaks and the Blooming Cactus.

I have been to this location twice and both times my order was wrong. The first time it was the way i wanted my food and the second time it was forgetting to add cheese and forgetting a side dish. I love the food selection and drinks and feel of the whole place but I feel there is a lot of work to be done at this particular location. I will definately come back someday and I hope by then things are headed in a better direction.

I have been here with family and friends multiple times. Last night was the 1st time it was both good and bad. Was almost like they were understaffed or new. Our waiter was very good accept for checking on us. He seemed very busy. We will still go back but this is just an FYI for your knowledge. Just if there is a problem it can get fixed so no business is lost for you. We will definitely be back.

Great service from our waiter. Amazing 8oz sirloin and grilled shrimp. Adore their dinner rolls and enjoyed the mild boneless wings appetizer. Would definitely recommend you go early to get in line. 5-stars except the bathroom wasn't clean. I know they were busy, but that should be taken care of frequently with that many visitors.
