The Steakhouse & Lodge

Excellent place to host parties such as a wedding reception, retirement party, or an engagement party. No party is to small and NO party seems to be to big. No matter what it is it's done up right. The bar is decorated with Wildlife mounts and fish in the restaurant is simply elegant. The staff is friendly and proficient.

Food was good...loved the potatoes! Very clean and nice atmosphere. Drinks were okay and every time we went to the bar it was another price for the same drinks? 2 old fashions were $12, $14 and we once ordered a Grey Goose on the rocks with the old fashions and it was $10?

Not impressed. Went there for a happy hour ended up paying full price for drinks. They told me only the appetizers are half price off. Well, happy hour means when drinks are half price off!!! The service was terrible we waited for hours for our waitress to show up, bring us the bill, collect the plates. She never showed up we had to go pay the bill at the cashier's. Not going back!!!

I found the staff very friendly. I had the perch plate and was not impressed. The portion was a little too much for me. However the cheese curds were great. The room was adequate however the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors pretty easily.

Expensive and not that good. Three steaks ordered medium all came out very well done and tough. My ribs were just okay. Strange because we've had good food here in the past. Disappointed.
