Lived here almost a year. Neighbors are great, no complaints about other residents. -Parking is atrocious, myself and others routinely have to park several buildings away from our apartment complex in order to find a spot. -Several work-orders haven’t been responded to. - The Management team charged every dog owner an additional fee ($25) because they thought there was too much dog poop on the ground. This was non-negotiable, much to the dismay of many residents (myself included). I talked to Cindy about this issue, and she was quick to blame ME for having my rent auto-payment on, as it includes the fee that I did not want to pay 🤔. As if they weren’t the ones who put the extra fee on my account in the first place. If they charged it once without our consent, what is to stop them from doing it again? I don’t believe it is legal. -Management seems to really not care about tenant concerns. I wanted to see for myself before judging but the other reviews on here are truly accurate when it comes to the management team. -Over-priced units built with cheap materials. My apartment was brand new when I moved in. There are now cracks above each of my doors, and on the walls from the building settling, which doesn’t let my doors close all the way without locking them anymore. This has ramped up my electric bill quite a bit. Over-priced, bad management team. The people leaving 4 and 5-Star reviews must have only dealt with the management team when they go to retrieve their mail. Look elsewhere. I’m a current resident and cannot wait to leave. I also won’t hide behind the internet when leaving a review. My name is Derek.

Waited to say anything because I thought they would contact me after kicking me out, but they haven't. I started living in one of the apartments in February. Got in with no problem. Three weeks later, I found out from a friend that they made a new rule in the lease that I was not in compliance with at the time. When I went in to pay March rent, I brought it to their attention and heard nothing until 3 days later, when I got a phone call saying I was getting evicted and had 10 days to get out. That was it; no letter, no face to face, just the one phone call. I complied and left..... two of my pets died during the move. I waited and waited, thinking they would contact me to give me at the very least my deposit back, and if they had any heart I would also get half of March rent too. But they haven't had any interaction with me since I handed in my keys. Don't go here, they clearly don't care about those who stay with them. They asked for a list of things that my fiance and I wanted fixed and they didn't get to any of them. The only positive here is that Toni is a wonderful person.

Oh my where to even start! (Terrible experience) My family moved here because the new factor and area but that was mistake. My experience here was less then pleasant the only this these had going for them was the location otherwise just a complete disaster of an apartment here just a list of things I hated. - OVER PRICED - PARKING IS TERRIBLE - THE HALLS ALWAYS SMELL SO BAD - TRASH ALWAYS OVERFLOWING - Omg Low shower pressure/ water heat - management has no intention of addressing your concerns make you feel unimportant - Charging a fine to every dog because they think dog waste isn’t getting picked up. - $75 fee if rent is late plus $75 everyday after. - Your floors are always sticky and wet because humidity. - cooling and heating your place is a pain - small fridge - the shower is god awful always low water pressure - narrow stairwell - not control entry - oven takes forever to heat -“pet friendly” the deposit is outrageous - always dogs barking -water pressure non existent... probably because they charge a flat rate. - management are never on the same page with things everyone has a different answer - work orders never filled -Small pool - Everything about this place is cheap - You’ll never get your deposit back - overall 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩🤢

The management seems like they are nice at first but it is only to get your business. After signing the contract they do not treat you well they charge miscellaneous fees that are not written out in the lease and put it on your auto deduction hoping you will not notice. The apartment it self looks nice in the picture but is cheaply built the paint comes off if you drop a little water on it, the showers is designed poorly and spills water all over the floor, water pressure is bad, and getting maintenance personnel to fix a problem in your apartment takes months almost as bad as “rising view”. The parking for the apartments are horrible, there are too many apartments for the parking lot even with garages which are extremely over priced at $125 a month for a one car garage that doesn’t have much space. Some times you will have to park a few buildings down just because everything is filled up. I would not suggest living here, even if I did not like the person that was asking about moving in. They look nice but are not worth the rent they are charging. If this review did not convince you the rating it self should show you that these apartments are not worth it.

Decent apartments with good amenities but the absolute worst management I've ever delt with.. stay away at all costs. Seriously move anywhere but here..
