The Pines at Q Plaza

Been here 2 years. For the most part, I haven't had a problem with management. Before they changed management, I was told I would be having my deck redone (this was suppose to be the first summer that I was here). That didn't happen. Few months ago, I came home after midnight to my place unlocked and my patio door and screen door wide open. I have a pet that could have very easily ran out. Called the office that night but never did get a return call. Turns out there was a fire on the first floor but they could have at least closed my screen door. and locked my apartment door when leaving. I can only assume it was maintenance that did this. There has been a lot of people arguing outside, I've seen fights break out and cops constantly at the complex.

Management is fine.....But I now have had my truck broken into, mail stollen from me because a woman kept opening my mailbox because maintenance didn't fix it for the first two weeks I was there. I've been here for almost two months. They are now trying to evict me because they say I have a balance but I have my rent receipt saying I paid this month and every month. I'm on subsidized housing. I only pay $130 for rent. I will be calling my worker for this. She will move me to a different place and all will be better. There's a security guard who hit on me. I'm married. They don't care. It's not ok.

I am a current resident at Pines at Q Plaza. I live in a townhome. I love my townhome.I have had a few issues while living here.. I had my car window smashed out, and things taken from my vehicle. I dislike the parking... that is the biggest issue with this complex.. I’ve had my garage door blocked numerous times.. parking can be tricky. Numerous residents have (3-5) cars or more. (It’s not really anything management can do anything about.. I have learned..) I feel being more strict with the amount of vehicles a resident can have would benefit everyone. It can be fairly quiet for the most part.

the absolute bottom end of what an apartment can be. horrible, violent, drug infested, trashy place. Staff is horrible. Nothing has ever been fixed or replaced. Murders. Roaches. Drugs. Tweakers. Some units have the same carpet theyve had for over 10 years.

Very unprofesional, unclean and managment is oblivious to what goes on in the area. They also steal!!! Broken into cars (ours was totalled) etc Dont rent!!
