The Biltmore

I’m not sure what’s up with these negative reviews. The apartments are clean, nice, and the grounds are well maintained. The amenities are awesome and the staff in the main office are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish we had, assigned parking. But really that’s it. This place is great.

There are so many better options out there. The office never relays maintenance requests. The Maintenance guys will mark requests as fixed when nothing has been done. They will enter your apartment without letting you know which is against the terms of the lease. They will charge you out the wazoo for stuff that's just complete nonsense when you move out. Look elsewhere, do not even consider the Biltmore apartments, or any Richdale property for that matter.

Mandi is an excellent manager. She goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants even when times are crazy busy. Her and the rest of her team are excellent. We highly recommend any property she manages.

So the apartments are nice no doubt. It’s clean and safe. The management team are nice. They are helpful. But one thing I hate the most about this place is the parking... I literally have to park by some other apartments and walk all the way to my apartment.. I honestly think that each apartment units get their own parking space numbers.. it will help and people who does have 2 or more cars can really get a garage.. please do this. It will make it so much easy not walking from another apartment with groceries or anything else! Whenever this does change this apartments are 5 stars!

I️ have lived at The Biltmore Apartments for almost a year. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and cleans up after themselves when they complete their work. I️ called in with a lock change request and it was completed within 30 minutes. The office team is quick to respond to our concerns and are always eager to help. I️ couldn’t have picked a better place to call home!
