I love this place. I've been here for over 14 years. The maintenance manager and his staff r great. Work orders are pretty much taken care immediately. The Leasing Office Manager is great and always takes a few minutes to chat or check on your needs. We recently lost r manager of 10 years. I knew I was really going to miss Karen. The new manager Lisa is every bit as nice and effective as Karen. The complex residents are very friendly. I am not a shy person and talk to everyone and they always wave and give me a bit of conversation. I've been in both the 2 bedroom and a one bedroom. The staff did everything they could do to make my move stress free. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment you check Tranquility Pointe out.

We have lived here almost a year, and honesty sad to leave! We bought a house, otherwise we would resign our lease. We have had absolutely no issues living here! Our maintenance was almost done in a timely manner (we’ve only used them 2 times for very small issues)! We never had a problem with parking, or noise. The staff is always so friendly, and so organized when we go to pick up our packages in the office!
The frequently have get togethers for the children in the complex, such as a Easter egg hunt & a Christmas party. The pool and fitness area have always been in great shape, and clean & the pool is never too busy! Everyone is so friendly, and we enjoyed living here!

The apartments themselves are beautiful. I have no complaints in that area. However, they have an open door policy for picking up mailed packages. People literally can just grab and go from the office without having to check in with staff. I've only been here 2 weeks and have already had a package from Best Buy stolen an hour after it was delivered. Management seriously said, "Sorry. Don't know what to tell you.. I'm not going to compensate.. tell them to send you another one". With as much money as we spend here, you would think there would be higher security. For only being here 2 weeks I can only imagine what I'm in for now.
****Update: As the end of my lease is coming up, I can say that although it was off to a rough start, my stay here was very pleasurable. I had absolutely no other issues. It changed management recently, also, which may have been for the better. They have been wonderful. I would recommend it to others.

I've lived in 3 different apartments during my time in Omaha and this was the best experience out of all of them.
Pros:
-Full washer/dryer
-non crowded parking
-if you face tranquility park, you have one of the best views in Omaha
-tranquility park offers great nature trails for running and biking
-just a few blocks from Maple which connects you to everything you need
-you can choose to opt for a dog free building
-maintenance quick to answer, can submit your own work requests online
-after hours maintenance were also quick to answer
-never had an issue with missing packages
-management gave me my full deposit back
-units are huge for the price, practically felt like a house
-staff are friendly and approachable
-if you have to end your lease at any time, the 1-month rent fee and 30 days notice is convenient and they were professional during that transition, no attitude at all
Negatives:
Just be aware that Tranquility Park is also next to a trailer park. That park, along with Maple St and the nearby Target parking lot attract alot of loud vehicle enthusiasts and groups that go out, meet, rev their engines & race at night. This is particular bad from late spring through fall as you can hear them at all hours of the night and its loud! If you directly face Maple I highly recommend finding a local window specialist that can add temporary soundproofing via a window insert from the inside with the manager's consent and you have an easy workaround that can easily come off once you leave. I didn't discover this option till after I moved cities but its a perfect application for that scenario.

I lived at Tranquility Pointe for about 3 years. I lived in the 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartments. Staff was always nice. The apartments were nice. Maintenance was really nice. I have nothing bad to say. This was 5 years ago, but I doubt it's gone downhill that much since then.
