Westwood Apartments

Clean studio apartment with lots of space. Quiet and friendly tenants. Great location for restaurants, groceries, and interstate exit makes it super easy to get around even in the mornings when people are heading to work. All maintenance people to fix minor things and air conditioning have been fantastic and immediate. Staff is super friendly and helpful and they are great at leaving reminders and make it easy to pay bills online and request info. All in all a great experience for me and a couple of friends who’ve lived here. Recommend looking into if you’re searching for a good place to live temporarily.

Drove past these on a random day and worked with Amanda to help me get approved and select an apartment. Very thorough and understanding what I really needed (closet space). 5star-Manda. Well deserved.

The hallways are way way too hot. I have to keep the sliding door open because the heat in the hallways comes into my apartment even on cold nights. In fact tonight it's raining and possible storm and I still feel warm I looked at my temperature on my wall and it's 75 degrees and my heater isn't on. Another thing is I made multiple of complaints to the office and they never bother to call back or speak to me and there has been no word from the corporate office either.

This is the worst apartment complex you could ever rent from. They charged me like you can never imagine because I was leaving. The new manager is always smiling to you but will stab you right at the back with impossible fees! Do not rent from them! Got a lot issues like fridge not working and stove had to be replaced. I threw foods away a couple of times. Everything inside is old and they will just try and paint it when you are getting in hoping to charge you when you are getting out! I hate that place for real and any of my friends or family will go there! They charged for fire detector battery and it's like they won't even clean the apartment for new owners! Nasty bathroom that was taken out later on! I had to pay for a carpet that was more than 5 years old I believe though I had it clean before I left. The balcony is horrible and is not safe. Remember that if you are not looking for something clean you can go there! I paid them just because I don't like debts or being sent to collection.. I wish I could have taken them to court. DO NOT RENT THERE... Thanks

Excessive Charges! My son lived at the Westwood Apartments in Omaha, Ne for two years. He was a good resident that always paid his bills on time. I helped him move out on his last day. We knew that the blinds were cheap and needed to be replaced, but the apartment looked fine, we were shocked at the $450.00 cleaning bill that was ordered by Elevate Living. This was $225 more than the deposit, plus the bill was sent to a collection service despite multiple attempts from my son to get in contact with them, 4 attempts were made over 2 weeks. Stay away from this property!
