I lived at Broadmoor in Aksarben for almost 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the complex, the staff, the amenities, location, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation! The office staff was always so helpful, polite, and professional. Maggie D. was the leasing agent I worked with and she helped to make my experience at Broadmoor wonderful from the first tour to my last day as a resident. Don't even bother looking anywhere else. Just live here!

This apartment community is outstanding! I lived at the Boardmoor Aksarben for almost 1 year and then had to relocate to California. For the time I was there, the leasing team did an amazing job at helping me with anything I needed. The staff members are all extremely nice and always willing to help. They truly get to know their residents, which is something that just made me feel like I live in a friendly and safe place that I can gladly call my home.

This is THE BEST apartment I have ever lived in. They took care of me like their own family. Being a woman and living all by myself would not have been any easier without the support I got from each and every person working for this community. They went over and aboard to support my needs. As a cherry on the top, I was given back all my security deposit when I left the apartments. Believe me, I have lived all over the states and this never happened to me or anyone that I know of. I feel very lucky to have called this place home for more than 2 years. Cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me.
