The Club at Highland Park Apartments

If I could give this company a zero rating I definitely would. I am so saddened and disappointed I put my trust into these people. Since I moved in, in NOVEMBER OF 2017... ONLY 4 MONTHS, we have had nothing but issues with the management, and our apartment. The first two nights of living there, our heat stopped working... as well as finding an ARRAY of issues in our apartment that we’re hidden that were completely unacceptable. We contacted management and they gave us a maintenance sheet. We wrote down every small detail. Since living there, they have fixed 1.5 of the at least 25 BIG issues in the apartment. We pay for secured entry, when our building doors don’t even have locks, though they promised they would be done over winter. We have now been trying to move from our apartment and have contacted management and all they have said was they will have their manager call us.. we wait.. and nothing. We call again, same thing. Finally, after waiting and waiting we call again and they stop answering or returning our voicemails. I am sick of the games these people play and how completely rude and unprofessional this company is. So disappointed.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!! Absolutely the worst place to live, period! If I could give it 0 stars I would! I moved in last July, didn't have AC all summer, my apartment was 80-90 consistently! I called maintenance and they would come and do nothing, sometimes leave a door tag, sometimes not! Then I was told that they aren't going to fix it because it's getting cooler out and now it's the same thing over again! I have have maintenance here 4 times I the last week and still nothing changes! AC running all day everyday running up my OPPD BILL and they don't care! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Hell you at lucky if you even get an email back! And if you do and your voice your frustration they act like it's not their fault! This place is an absolutely joke! Quality of life here is disgusting! Run for your life!!!!

Oh my GOD, Courtney is the RUDEST person I have encountered in a long, Long, LONG time! I don't know what drugs she's on but it's obviously some bad shiz!

Too bad it forces you to give at least one star. -_- They don't deserve any! After living here for almost a year, I would not even recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. The office staff is incredibly RUDE. The maintenance staff has no sense of respect. They made a huge mess after fixing something and did not bother to clean up after themselves. Their rent is already high for what you get and they are raising it again. Unless you want to deal with rude and inconsiderate people, I would not suggest moving here!!!!!!!!! WE CANT WAIT TO GET OUT!!!

I'd give this place a 0 if possible. Repeat issues with roaches over the 2 years I lived there. I was sold an ePremium insurance deposit by BH when I moved in as a requirement of my lease. A year and a half into my lease, BH sold the complex to Lund. When I moved out, I was charged for damages I was told would be covered by the insurance I was required to take out. Now, ePremium and Lund are refusing to honor my original contract and BH will not respond. This place is a scam and the office ladies at Lund are rude and will lie to your face.
