Lynbrook Apartments & Townhomes

Our whole year was wonderful here @ the lynbrook!! Would highly recommend to anyone! Neighbors are great, and the maintenance and management is super great as well!!! Thanks for making apartment living not so bad! If we had to rent again we would definitely do it here at the lynbrook!

I have lived at Lynbrook Apartments since November 2016 and have had absolutely no problems. The office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I have needed them. They are quick to address any issues/concerns. The residents in the community are very nice also. No major noise issues or anything whatsoever. I would highly recommend Lynbrook Apartments!!!

I am amazed to see a bad review about this community, so I felt the need to share my experiences while living at Lynbrook. I have lived in the Lynbrook Apartments for a year and have never had anything but praise to share about the buildings and staff. The maintenance staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Minor maintenance requests are always resolved within 48 hours. If a maintenance request will ever take more than 24 hours, they make sure to communicate that with you when you submit the request. I've never had an emergency request because the specific unit I moved into was brand new, but I'm sure that they're even more speedy if it was an urgent issue. The office staff includes some of the most dedicated workers I've had the pleasure of meeting. They make it a point to make personal connections with their tenants. They remember who you are, always ask if there are any maintenance requests you need to submit, and keep you updated on community events. If tenants ever have issues (parking too close to the sidewalk during the winter, not cleaning up after their animals) the staff immediately reminds the tenants of proper community living behaviors in a friendly way so that they are resolved. The apartment and community itself is what I consider perfection. Most of the apartments are extremely new, so there is little wear and tear from past tenants. Each apartment has newer model stoves, microwaves, fridges, and full size washer and dryers. Ceiling fans are in each main room to keep great airflow through the apartment. The open layout keeps your apartment looking more tidy and elegant, and gives your furry friends plenty of room to play! There is a walking trail behind the complex that leads to a small park and large open field. Living here, you're in close proximation to Methodist Women's Hospital, Village Pointe, and Downtown Elkhorn. You're also close to Maple St. which has just about everything you would ever need. Overall, in my year of living at Lynbrook, I have not had a single bad experience. I highly recommend Lynbrook to anyone looking to move to the Elkhorn/West Omaha area.
