Shadow Ridge Apartments

Maintenance is absolutely horrible. Laura (the Manager) just says "I'll let you out of your lease" when we complain. On the good side it's relatively cheap, and there are many venues close by.

Nice apartments, only thing I would recommend is upgrading the kids park.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year, I just renewed my lease because I love it here! The grounds are beautiful and the management is taking steps to improve it! We've had issues with one of our entry doors either being tampered with or being propped open and broken, and maintenance has been great to stay on top of the issue! Management is really kind and helpful to the residents, and work orders get done in a very timely manner! I'm excited to stay for another 18 months! Thank you for all the hard work you do, Shadow Ridge!

The court yard is nice the office is nice and the pool is nice.

I lived here for 5+ years. I loved living here Management was great and lots of exciting holiday activities. Examples Trick or treating for kids at the clubhouse as well as Santa. They also had a lot of contests for Holiday decorations for decks etc. Love, love, love this place. Also, it is in a great location. Super saver, Walmart, public library, dollar tree plus more very very close. Most within walking distance. 👍
