Pets Come First

We just stopped there to look at the animals with our 2 boys, after looking at the dogs for not even 5 minutes one girl comes in and says we need to control our kids and I said excuse me and she responded that she could hear them through the wall all while the dogs are barking. We decided to leave because I felt we were not welcomed there. I will never step foot back in that place as much as I love animals

LIERS！We handed in our application form for adopting a cat on Aug. 25th. We own a house but not live in apartment, we are 20 yrs old, we have already contacted with the vet and bought everything the cat need.They told us they would call us on Aug. 31st but they didn't until near the end of the open hours so we call back to them, then they told us they need to check our house information on this Tuesday but they actually did nothing. We didn't get any call. Then I waited until Thursday, they denied our phone call! Today I changed a phone to call them, they directly told me the cat has already been adopted by others! I can't believe it when I heard that so I asked her to make sure we were talking about the same cat but unfortunately yes we were. She then called my friend who is the owner of our house,She told him we call them so frequently and my attitude is bad to her and our information is not clear. Our information is not clear and she said they will check us the information but they didn't. We call them so frequently cuz they didn't contact with us on time like they promised. She told my friend my attitude is bad but I only asked her "are we talking about a same cat?" cuz I really can't believe what they have done. They give the cat to others without let us know until we changed a number to call back to them and then they even blame me so rudely. YOU LIERS!!
