Property Management of Virginia

I have been renting for 3 years from this company and their team is great to work with. There has been a few issues along the way, but they have been available and responsive to my needs and issues in general. I would highly recommend using VPM for any housing needs you may have. They even have a sense of humor and that is value added service.

Trying to search for apartments from 2,000 miles away is an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Eric has been extremely helpful and responsive, and willing to help me with my search in any way possible. The difference between the way Eric treated me and other Property Managers, upon learning I am out of state, is night and day! I will be patiently waiting for a unit to come available through Property Management of Virginia, because my experience with them has been so good!

The staff at PMV is very courteous and helpful. When needed, their maintenance team came to fix a minor issue promptly. Eric and Karen have always been extremely nice when contacted. We once had a potential issue with my dog that was mistaken for a different breed and instead of jumping to conclusions they worked with me to provide photos and proper vet documents to prove that she was not, in fact, the restricted breed. The homeowners insurance dropped the issue when they realized it was a mistaken identity. They are upfront, honest and very helpful. A+++ landlords. -Scott

I just got off the phone with a woman named Karen at Property Management of Virginia. She was so helpful and answered all of my millions of questions!! She told me about multiple units available and was considerate about my needs. I am definitely going to check out some of these properties and see what they are all about. I am very thankful I had someone so helpful take the time to talk to me and show me my options. A+ !!! She even walked me through the website when I couldn't specific pictures. Refreshing to speak to someone who actually cares!

Great experience overall. Maintenance problems resolved quickly, easy to get into contact with office, smooth transition upon moving out. Would recommend to others looking for a place in the area.
