Rosako's Soulfood and BBQ

Went to church at Rosako's restaurant in Bedford. Lord have mercy. The food & service took me to heavenly places. My sides greens, mac-n-cheese and candied sweet potatoes set the praise and worship atmosphere. The meat of my service was a 3 way combo consisting of rib tips, hot links and pulled pork. Couldn't help but throw my hands up and shout "glory". I also had a slice of jalapeno corn bread which slayed me in the spirit. Praise the Lord for the gifted hands of the cook. I will be attending service again soon.

If you want real home cooking... this is the spot to be!! Every dish had its own unique flavor. The BBQ sauce was outstanding; sweet, spice and tangy all in one. Big portions that are really affordable. Just drinking the koolaid: I knew everything was gonna be top notch. The brisket was sold out so I recommend going early for that meal. Like they say good food goes fast.

Wonderful hospitality is always a great start. Rib tips and turkey tips were delicious/tender/juicy! The portions are generous no matter which size you get and prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back to sample the rest of the menu!

Get thee there a.s.a.p. for some delicious soul food! We had the rib tips, links, collard greens and mac-n-cheese. Also ordered the brisket stuffed baked potato. I swear the brisket potato was at least 5 inches high. Awesome food. Huge portions. We were stuffed after eating 1/3 of our food! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Suggest calling first... if they run out, they will close early. Great selection of cakes... too full to try any this time but we will definitely be back. 2nd trip: St Louis ribs, mac n cheese, collards with an additional side of hot links. See pics. Try the flavoring and mouth-watering candied yams. You won’t be disappointed!

The food was amazing. We got there 2 hours before they closed and they were sold out of mostly everything which is understandable because the food is JUST THAT GOOD! The service was top notch. Big Al and his family definitely took care of us tonight! Looking forward to seeing them expand because the rest of the world has gotta taste this!
