Salt New American Table

Had made reservations and we felt rushed the whole time by our waitress Rachel. She kept repeating if we wanted an appetizer until we said ok. Appetizer was lays potato chips with some cream ($9)! Then she kept interrupting us every 5 minutes asking if we were done. I then realized they were expecting a large group and needed our table. I called her out on it and she calmed down a bit. It was my friend's birthday and she ruined it. We were even thinking of taking our cake to Birdies and have coffee in peace over there. We had not taken the cake out of the box and she wanted to take it to the kitchen and cut it. My friend had not even seen it or taken a picture with it. I noticed other tables were not being treated like us, so I felt very uncomfortable. Then my order.... did they bring in Church's Fried chicken and mashed potatoes, cause that's what it tasted like. I love Church's, but for the price ( $20), I'd expect something more creative from the "chef". This place is so over rated, will never go back again.

The menu has a wide and unique variety of food and drink offerings. The restaurant has a comfortable and refined atmosphere. Salt is a Texas gem. Wonderful experience.

Same owners as the House wine and bistro! Different menu and fantastic food and the best service in the valley. Super talented Kitchen.

The food here is phenomenal. The cocktails are perfectly made and the service is great. We are never disappointed every time we go. My husband and I love the quail knots!!!! The desserts are original creations of deliciousness. Highly recommend eating here tantalize the tastebuds!

The mac n cheese is the best mac n cheese I've ever tasted. I also tried the rabbit and it was delicious. Great experience for my first visit. Definitely will be going back.
