Don't even send your dog, or cat, snake, lizard, parakeet, Siamese fighting fish, saltwater butterfly tang, goldfish, guinea pig, hamster, mouse, skunk or rat...i don't even care if you have pet ferret...chinchlla, hedgehog...see where I'm going with this? Don't feel bad, they sure didn't.

The front desk ladies are rude and very unhelpful. If you don't speak Spanish, they treat you like you don't belong. My Dr. Only wants to prescribe meds and when they don't work, she acts like you have no idea what you are talking about. They make you feel like you aren't worth their time. This is the last place a person should feel like they don't belong, especially when you are trying to get help with mental issues. I quit going for psych help and went off my meds for a while because of these people. I have since found a better office to go to and will not ever return nor recommend this place to anyone I care about.

Terry and Courtney plus another lady up front desk treated me so bad. I told them to set up transportation twice at group for me and they didn't. I keep being told to tell them when I did. I spoke to Brian that does group and he didn't really do anything to stop them from bullying me and disrespecting me. They laughed in my face and treated me like I'm a joke. "See you next week!" Is what they keep yelling at me while their laughing about my situation. I believe their unprofessional and should be fired for laughing at people and treating them badly. I'm going to another location where they will treat me with respect. I'm also reporting these ladies for the abuse their doing emotionally to people.

Refused to see us because we didn't have AHCCCS, we have actual private pay insurance. What a freakin joke!!!!

Stay the hell away from this place. You go to them for help with your child's behavioral needs and they call CPS on you and judge you like no other. I'm incredibly thankful CPS saw right through their BOGUS CPS report, which was closed almost instantly. I will NEVER refer anyone their way, EVER. Be warned and do your research. Keep the clinicians, especially CELIA out of your home!!! STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL!!! P.S. I've been waiting over a week for a "supervisor" call. Biggest joke in behavioral health that I've ever seen...
