Spectrum

I have been a customer of Spectrum/Time Warner for 18 years. Due to them constantly raising prices I canceled my service. I called to ask them to send me boxes for returning their equipment or have a representative pick it up and they can not and will not help me. I am disabled and can not drive nor lift anything heavier than a cell phone. I wanted to do the right thing. I just canceled m7y service Feb 8..Today Feb 12..I am a former customer and they can help me get their own equipment returned to them...guess 18 years of loyalty means nothing. I will never have their service again nor recommend them to anyone.

I had the worst experience with this company. I had internet service and cancelled it in the middle of billing cycle. They owe me refund and I should have received it like 1 year ago. Never got my refund, then I called them and asked what happened almost 6-7 times. They said sorry We will send your check in expedite shipping method. And I confirmed my address and made sure everything was accurate. They never sent it out, why else I never got my check when they have my correct address?! This is so unacceptable! especially for big company like this!!!! This is a theft!

Awful internet (even at the 500mbps download speeds the upload is 25 Mbps) and they still have the same awful laggy TV controller they've had since I was a kid. When you have Google Fiber as an option, why would you ever use this ISP?

They lie about buy out contracts, they never pay for it, customer service are really bad ,

Spectrum SUCKS!!!! Their equipment is cheap trash. Doesn't work correctly MOST of the time. Their customer service skills are a joke!!! They sure aren't going to do right by the customer. I HATE SPECTRUM. Time Warner was better. I would HIGHLY recommend going with Sling TV or anyone else. I'm done with these clowns!!!
