It didn't start off well. They got the bill wrong the first 2 or 3 months, and each month, I'd have to call and explain the same issue over and over. After that, everything was great. The connection was 8/10 reliable; the speeds were as good as advertised or better. and when I called to cancel (due to a move) I was able to get someone on the phone immediately. Overall, I was very satisfied with Fidelity.

The staff is very helpful and professional. They can support you with phone, TV, internet and they can even shoot a commercial for your business.
