I used this provider for a year and the internet service was great. The customer service left a bit to be desired, but in the end, they came through and sorted everything out for me.

Would be 5 stars but I can't get them to answer there phone so i can change my credit card info before my internet gets shutoff. its Sad when you can't give a payment when trying to So you don't get your services shut off

I have tried to call multiple times...same automated system that no-one will call me back or even respond from..how do you have customers with a system like this?I wanted to set up internet but guess I'll go somewhere else

Cable trenched the next day. Revised review.10-20-17 Waiting for over two months to get a cable trenched. No answer after 20 minutes on hold today.
