Love CableAmerica. Very good value for the money and things simply just work. Make sure you bring your own router and modem. Don't use the one that they provide. You will have a much better experience. Rating 4 stars due to an occasional outage. (2 times in a year)

I'm so frustrared right now. I've only been with them for 3 months and my bill has increased twice. For the last week i haven't been able to watch TV in the evening because every night the cable repeatedly goes goes in and out. It's maddening.

I bought a new modem and it did not work with their system it was an Arris except it was better the best of that brand yet it would not work with there system they said it just needed a config file because the modem was showing up as a Motorola they said they would write a config file and call me back that was in August 2017 it is now January 11th 2018 a config file is about 6 lines or less it does not take that long to write it in fact it can be written in 30 minutes or less I'd say someone dropped the ball and they're lost the lady in the office has an attitude big attitude problem other than that yes the best internet you can get around here and that's because it's the only one at that speed

Internet is always out or intermittent. They told me everything looked fine on their end. They are the absolute worst ISP I have ever had.

I loved cable America. When we first signed up the people was super nice and very helpful we never had any issues with our internet. But now that we have its like pulling nails to get someone here to get it fixed. The customer service rep I have called each time was Brad and he was not friendly at all. I do not usually say anything but he was very rude and I just want it fixed cause I pay for it to work . Hope they can get someone to fix it quick soon. :(
