I wish Comcast/Verizon serviced the Waynesville area. It's a shame they don't because this company would go under over night. The lady who answers the phone at the St. Roberts location is very unprofessional. If you hate your job, go find a different one. I've worked many years in the industry in customer service and don't retaliate or counter rudeness on the phone. Your professionalism and communication is sub par and nasty. Service is what it is for a fly over state, can't help that much. Minus the BS $5 tacked on service fee. Regardless you can still stream Netflix and what not. Not a gamer but others I spoke to in that interest say it is decent. They will try to nickel and dime you, just buy your own equipment.

Pay for 22 mbps, but sometimes it doesn't break 1 mbps. They do not offer any type of retribution either. Just did a speed test and it was 0.80 mbps download and 1.69 upload. Ridiculous. This wouldn't let me NOT give it any stars.

Lmao this place is trash. Don't even bother with getting their service. They have no workers on the weekends and that's when all the problems happen. Definitely not a good thing for people who use internet often, because their internet doesn't exist at this point. No cable for 4 days and been doing nothing about it. Thnx
