I can say the price here to start is great! After the 6 months or a year the price is scariiii!!!!!. The Internet is THE BEST IN THE WORLD ..FAST FAST AND HAVE NEVER LOST INTERNET THRU ROUGH STORMS! Tv offers many packages to choose from and is overall very good

This company has got to be the worst service provider i have ever had to deal with. Makes me want to switch back to att. Almost everyday my on demamd goes out. Tonite my box is just turning on and off by itself. I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone but i lost my patience after 30 mintues of just waiting. They should pay me for all the outages i experiemce with this company. Definitely going to contact bbb. Ridiculous!

Charter is the worst! Service is constantly out! There's never a credit on your bill for all the days you don't have service. The customer service is terrible and they can't ever give an answer as to why it's out or when it'll be back up. This is the reason we canceled years ago but decided to give them another chance a few months ago. Biggest mistake! They don't even deserve 1 star.. The ONLY positive is that there's no contract which should make it easy for us to cancel in the next couple weeks!
