Internet service is not consistent and its always has outages issue for the price we pay

Service is random. I run a speed test with the website that their service technician told me to use. I very seldom ever get close to the speed I pay for. If you call in you get the same old canned answers, well during peak hours speed s will slow down. Ok I understand that but it is now midnight and and I am running at 45 Mbps less than half what I pay for. Just food for thought. I wonder how the owner of cable America would like to take his/her family out for a nice steak dinner and only receive half of their steak dinner and be told well you know it is busy because it is the dinner rush. But you still have to pay full price.

Vivian is extremely rude on the phone. Her customer service skills are worse than poor. She is not qualified to perform any job that requires courteous interaction with customers.
