This company sucks. I go to state tech in Linn and first off they charge out the ass for this awful service and the WiFi is always down when I go try to do homework on my computer and when you call the customer service all they say is to unplug the router and plug it back in. If you ask them more questions they hang up on you. Every single rep I talked to on the phone ended up hanging up on me without warning because they didn’t want to deal with my problem. The only thing this company is good at and cares about is coming to turn off your cable if you’re a day late on your bill. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. And it’s the only internet in the town of Linn. So if you go to state tech goodluck

Outages constantly. No matter what you pay the internet's terrible here. You wanna stream on twitch? Ha, good luck.

I live in Loose Creek and have used this company for my internet for years with very few problems. The internet does occasionally go out for a few hours at a time, but I can count on one hand the number of times that happens in a year for me. All things considered, that's not bad for high speed internet in the middle of nowhere. I have never had to contact customer service, so I can't rate them on that. EDIT: Called customer service on a Saturday morning to cancel service because I am moving to Jefferson City, and they were very quick and friendly. It's too bad they don't provide coverage at my new address, or I would have kept them.

(THIS IS ALSO WHAT I SENT TO THE FCC) This company has shown a consistent disregard for this customer in the Linn Mo area. I have had constant internet outages lasting from seconds to a day or more. Now this is perfectly ok in small instants however this company has the outages daily , most lasing a minute to 5 minutes, numerous times a day and most often in the evening. I have also contacted them about these issues and they have sent tech out 2 times out of the 6 times they said they would send a tech. I have contacted them roughly 20 plus times in the last 4 months alone. With no solution to the problem. Often the customer care center does not show any real empathy to the customer as well giving standard response to every inquiry. they simply seem not to care. I have also ran into many many issues trying to pay my bill at the local office., on the door it lists the hours of operation however MANY times they do not even come close to following these hours of operation. leaving me to go to the office about 5-8 times a month before I manage to actually get someone to pay the bill too once i am in the office the lady that runs it is very intolerable and acts like she really doesn't want to speak to the customer not outright rude but very passive aggressive. trying to contact the companies customer reps is a next to impossible task and the one time i was able too i asked them about a refund due to constant outages and they said no and hung up on me. this is the only available internet in my particuler location and they know it and show it by the way they treat the customer. I am sure that their would be more complaints if they new that they had a place to complain too. I am a CCNA and former computer business owner and know a ton about networks and computers and this company simply doesn't care about how things are with the end user as long as they get their money and they show this clearly.
